Commerce Disclosure
For web development and other services, we generally enter into a business contract and non-disclosure agreement upon receiving an order. However, depending on the fee, we may omit a formal contract. In such cases, the following terms apply.

| Sales Price | As stated in the separate quotation (including consumption tax). No consumption tax for overseas orders. |
| Shipping Cost | Shipping costs for receiving data/materials for production are borne by the customer. No shipping costs for deliverables from me. |
| Additional Fees | Bank transfer fees. If credit card payment is selected, we will cover the transaction fees. |
| Accepted Payment Methods | Bank transfer, Credit card |
| Settlement Period | Credit card payments are processed immediately, but bank transfers within Japan must be made within 3 days of ordering |
| Delivery Timing | Confirmed at contract signing |
| Validity Period | Quotation valid for 2 weeks |
| Returns and Exchanges | Returns or exchanges for personal reasons cannot be accepted. |
| Cancellation Policy | In case of cancellation after contract signing, costs incurred for work in progress will be charged regardless of delivery status. |
| System Requirements | Confirmed at contract signing if necessary |
